3-Function Electric Bed with Height Adjustment
Electric Hospital Bed
Illustrative surgical ward case: electric height adjustment, transfer-space review and phased room-by-room commissioning.
Illustrative application example. This is a planning scenario, not a verified customer installation. No customer, order or delivery result is claimed.
A surgical inpatient ward has to coordinate beds with transfer equipment, IV stands, storage and repeated cleaning between admissions. This application example addresses equipment procurement for the ward after procedures; it is not a post-anaesthesia clinical protocol. The nursing team must first define whether an ordinary three-function bed meets the intended level of care.
The final bed count, destination, budget and delivery window are project inputs to be supplied by the buyer. No order quantity, customer name or contract value is presented as a fact in this example.
KL-BC104 and KL-BC104-A offer the three electric adjustments listed in the product catalogue and are candidates for review. Where the clinical brief requires functions beyond this shortlist, procurement should return to the appropriate bed category rather than assume an ordinary ward bed meets every recovery requirement. The KL-LJ045-1 IV stand can be considered as a separate line item after fitment review.
Candidate product pages: KL-BC104 · KL-BC104-A · KL-LJ045-1. These links show the catalogue products to review; the room image is not an exact product photograph or a confirmed bill of materials.
Use a furnished mock-up to check the approach of the actual transfer trolley or wheelchair. Curtains should provide the planned privacy without preventing staff access to controls. Review the position of cabinet doors, wall outlets and any mobile IV stand when a bed is moved for cleaning.
Prepare a phased installation schedule that releases rooms only after assembly and technical acceptance. Keep clean storage available for delivered mattresses and loose parts. The quotation should state who unloads, assembles, checks electrical equipment and trains the ward team.
Agree the MOQ, offered configuration, lead time, Incoterm, destination and responsibility for import documentation in the final quotation. Confirm any market-specific documents against the actual model and destination; this example is not evidence of registration in a particular country.
Checks must follow the supplied manufacturer instructions and the facility's approved procedures. Record nonconformities and obtain closure before the responsible team releases equipment for use.
Expected project deliverables are an agreed transfer-space layout and a signed room handover record. Any evaluation of patient recovery or staff workload would require real operational evidence; neither is invented in this scenario.
Send your care setting, intended equipment use, bed quantity, room and doorway dimensions, required functions, destination and preferred delivery date. Include any required accessories and a tender specification or bill of quantities if available. Ask the export team to identify confirmed matches, exceptions and optional items separately.
