Who we are
This website is operated by Shanghai Keling International Trading Co., Ltd. (“Keling Medical”, “we”), the sales and export arm of the Keling group, whose manufacturing company is Jiangsu Keling Medical Appliances Co., Ltd. You can reach us at inquiry@shkeling.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us. When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, email address, telephone number, company, country and message text that you typed, the product model the form was opened from (if any), plus the page you submitted from, the time of submission and the IP address that made the request. The IP address and timing are recorded for security and anti-spam purposes only.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party scripts on this website. No cookie banner is shown because no cookies are set for tracking.
Local storage in your browser
One feature — the quote list — saves the models you select in your own browser using the localStorage mechanism. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us until you send an enquiry, and is removed when you clear your browser data or remove the items from the list.
Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to quote, supply and support the products you asked about. That processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to pursue our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty, spare-parts and audit purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted once they are no longer commercially relevant. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Who sees it
Enquiry details are visible to Keling's sales, export and engineering staff. Where a quotation requires the manufacturing company to price or configure the product, details are shared with Jiangsu Keling Medical Appliances Co., Ltd. Enquiry data is stored on the hosting infrastructure that serves this website and in our email system. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email inquiry@shkeling.com with the address you used and we will act on the request. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional data-protection rights, tell us and we will honour them.

If this notice changes materially we will update the date below. This version was published on the date shown at the foot of the page.
