3-Function Electric Bed with Height Adjustment
Electric Hospital Bed
Illustrative day-surgery case: compact recovery-bay planning, electric bed comparison and cleaning-turnaround checks.
Illustrative application example. This is a planning scenario, not a verified customer installation. No customer, order or delivery result is claimed.
A day-surgery centre is considering a bed-based recovery area instead of specifying the same equipment for every stage of a visit. Short stays create frequent bed preparation and movement, so the procurement brief needs to address cleaning access and staff workflow as well as adjustment functions. The clinical team decides which equipment category is suitable for each recovery stage.
The final bed count, destination, budget and delivery window are project inputs to be supplied by the buyer. No order quantity, customer name or contract value is presented as a fact in this example.
KL-BC104 is a three-function electric option with height adjustment; KL-BC105 is a two-function electric option with a listed fixed height of 450 mm. The fixed-height model should not be substituted if the approved transfer arrangement needs adjustable height. Both catalogue entries list a 200 kg safe working load. Castor selection requires a model-specific fitment check.
Candidate product pages: KL-BC104 · KL-BC105 · KL-CA011. These links show the catalogue products to review; the room image is not an exact product photograph or a confirmed bill of materials.
Mark a clean route for prepared beds and an equipment parking area outside occupied bays. A trial layout should include the trolley or wheelchair used at discharge. Review access below the bed and around the castors so cleaning does not depend on dismantling unrelated furniture.
Use a demonstration bay to record cleaning access, operating noise and movement through the planned route. Ask for a confirmed cleaning compatibility statement, not a general claim that any chemical can be used. Include replacement handset and castor identifiers in the service documentation.
Agree the MOQ, offered configuration, lead time, Incoterm, destination and responsibility for import documentation in the final quotation. Confirm any market-specific documents against the actual model and destination; this example is not evidence of registration in a particular country.
Checks must follow the supplied manufacturer instructions and the facility's approved procedures. Record nonconformities and obtain closure before the responsible team releases equipment for use.
Measure sample preparation time and record practical issues before final selection. This example proposes an evaluation method; it does not assert faster turnover, higher throughput or a completed purchase.
Send your care setting, intended equipment use, bed quantity, room and doorway dimensions, required functions, destination and preferred delivery date. Include any required accessories and a tender specification or bill of quantities if available. Ask the export team to identify confirmed matches, exceptions and optional items separately.
