How do we request OEM branding or a custom configuration?
Send your proposed changes, such as branding, dimensions, side rails, castors or electrical requirements, together with the intended quantity. Ask the export team to confirm technical feasibility, minimum order requirements, costs and lead time before approving the specification.
Can we combine beds, mattresses and accessories in one enquiry?
Yes. List each model and quantity in the same enquiry, and identify which mattresses and accessories are intended for each bed. Compatibility, order quantities, packing and shipment arrangements should be confirmed in the quotation.
Which documents should we request for our destination market?
