5-Function ICU Bed with CPR Instant Release
Electric Hospital Bed
Keling Medical exhibits its hospital bed range at Arab Health in Dubai — the meeting point for distributors, hospital groups and project contractors across the Gulf, the wider Middle East and North and East Africa.

Arab Health at the Dubai World Trade Centre is the largest healthcare exhibition in the Middle East and, for a hospital bed manufacturer, the most efficient week of the year. Distributors who cover the whole Gulf, contractors building new hospitals in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and ministry procurement teams from across North and East Africa all walk the same halls. Meeting them in one place beats a month of separate trips.
The Gulf matters to Keling for a practical reason: buyers here specify to European norms, expect CE marking as a minimum, and buy in project quantities rather than in ones and twos. That suits a factory that already builds to ISO 13485 and is set up to load complete containers of a single configuration.
We show physical beds, not just brochures — because the things that decide a hospital bed order are tactile. Visitors try the CPR instant release on the KL-BC101, feel how the ABS side rails latch and release, look at the weld quality under the frame, and check the castor brakes with their own foot.
A typical stand includes:
Three questions come up on almost every stand conversation, and they are worth answering before you travel.
"Is this your own factory?" Yes. Keling operates its own production base of about 120,000 m² in Yangzhou, Jiangsu, with 300 staff of whom 40% are specialised technicians. Frame fabrication, welding, powder coating and assembly happen in-house, which is why we can change a headboard style or a colour without renegotiating with a third party.
"Can you do our brand?" Yes — OEM and private label are routine. Branding on the bed head, custom headboard designs, a specified RAL colour and printed export cartons are all handled at the factory.
"How many fit in a container?" This depends on the model and whether beds ship knocked down. We bring the loading figures for every model to the show, and we will send them with any quotation. It is worth insisting on this number from any supplier: on a low-value, high-volume product like a ward bed, the units-per-container figure moves landed cost more than the unit price does.
If you would like a meeting slot rather than a walk-up conversation, email the export team ahead of the show with your company, your market and the models you want to look at. We will confirm the hall, stand number and dates for the next edition, and have the right engineer on the stand at your time.
