How Keling works with medical equipment distributors: mixed containers for a first order, stable specifications for repeat business, and a spare-parts line that protects your installed base.

More than 40% of Keling's output is sold overseas, and most of it goes through distributors — companies that hold stock, sell to hospitals and clinics in their own market, and carry the service burden afterwards. This page describes how that relationship works in practice, because it is different from a one-off project sale.
Almost nobody's first order with a new factory should be a full container of one model. It concentrates all the risk in a single specification decision made before you have seen how the product sells.
Keling accepts mixed containers for first orders. A typical opening order combines a few of each of:
That lets you test which configuration your market actually buys before you commit a container to it.
The thing distributors need most from a factory is boring: the product must not change silently. A side rail that no longer fits last year's bed, or a headboard in a slightly different white, destroys the value of held stock.
Keling manufactures in-house at a single production base, which is what makes specification stability possible. Where a change is necessary — a component improvement, a supplier change on an actuator — we notify it rather than ship it quietly, and we keep the superseded part available as a spare.
Every bed you sell becomes a service obligation. The parts that fail are predictable: castors, side-rail latches, ABS headboards damaged by trolley impacts, handsets, and eventually actuators.
Keling catalogues those as separate product lines — castors, aluminium and stainless side rails, ABS side rails, ABS headboards and IV stands — so you can hold a small parts stock rather than scrapping beds or waiting months for a one-off shipment.
We are straightforward about this. A distributor relationship works when both sides commit something:
In return you get factory pricing, notified specification changes, a spare-parts line, documentation prepared for your registration process, and — where the volume supports it — market exclusivity on agreed terms.
Send your company details, your market, and a rough idea of the models and volumes you expect. The export team will come back with distributor pricing, the MOQ per model, container loading figures and the registration documents your market requires.
